At Travira, we’re committed to making your travel experience simple and stress-free. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
📦 Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted.
🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mytravira@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (such as cosmetics)
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

📮 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective product).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
